I extend my heartfelt congratulations on the arrival of Eid al-Fitr and the ancient festival of Nowruz to my dear compatriots. I pray to the Almighty for your health, happiness, and peace, and I hope you spend the days of the holiday with your families, despite the pain and suffering we all share. This year, the days of Eid al-Fitr and the New Year coincide. I hope that the convergence of these two auspicious occasions strengthens brotherhood and reinforces solidarity among our dear people. Dear compatriots! You are well aware that recently our beloved country has been subjected to aerial and artillery attacks by Pakistan, resulting in the martyrdom of a number of our compatriots, including women and children, and the destruction of some of our vital infrastructure. While condemning these attacks, I would like to emphasize that resisting foreign aggression and building national strength require strengthening the country's scientific capabilities and achieving consensus and universal participation, which is only possible through understanding, the embodiment of national will, and respect for the rights and demands of the people. Therefore, the vital necessity of education, especially with the start of the new academic year, requires that the doors of schools and universities be opened to all young people, boys and girls alike, and that the ground be paved for women to return to work, so that the hope for a dignified life within the country can flourish, and Afghanistan, relying on the strength of its children, can achieve progress and prosperity, and also possess the ability to defend its sovereignty. فرا رسیدن #عید_سعید_فطر و جشن باستانی #نوروز را به همو‌طنان عزیز تبریک گفته از خداوند متعال سلامت و سعادت و آرامش برای تان استدعا می‌کنم و امیدوارم روزهای عید را با وجود درد و المی که همه داریم همراه با فامیل‌های تان با خوشی و خوبی سپری نمایید. امسال ایام عید فطر و سال نو همزمان است، امیدوارم تقارن این دو مناسبت خجسته، باعث تحکیم بیشتر برادری و تقویت هم‌بستگی میان مردم عزیز ما شود. هموطنان گرامی! نیک میدانید که در این اواخر، کشور عزیز ما آماج حملات هوایی و توپخانه‌ای #پاکستان قرار دارد که در اثر آن، جمعی از هموطنان ما به‌شمول زنان و کودکان شهید و تعدادی از تاسیسات زیربنایی ما ویران شده است. ضمن محکوم نمودن این حملات، خاطرنشان می‌نمایم که ایستادگی در برابر تهاجم خارجی و شکل‌گیری قدرت ملی، مستلزم تقویت بنیه علمی کشور و حصول اجماع و مشارکت همگانی است که تنها از راه تفاهم و تمثیل اراده ملی و احترام به حقوق و مطالبات مردم امکان‌پذیر می‌باشد. بنابر این، ضرورت حیاتی تعلیم به‌خصوص با توجه به آغاز #سال_نو_تعلیمی ایجاب می‌کند که درب مکاتب و پوهنتون‌ها به روی تمام جوانان، اعم از دختر و پسر گشوده شود و زمینه بازگشت زنان به کار فراهم گردد تا امید به زندگی آبرومندانه در داخل کشور در دل مردم جوانه زند و #افغانستان با تکیه بر بازوی توانای فرزندان خود هم به ترقی و پیشرفت نایل آید و هم از توانایی برای دفاع از حاکمیت خود برخوردار گردد.
